titleOfInvention | Method for individual selection of effective immunity stimulators |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to immunology, and can be used to select the immunostimulant most effective for a particular patient with chronic bronchitis. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy. To do this, 0.05 ml of blood and 0.025 ml of a 0.2% solution of nitrazine tetrazolium are applied to the wells of a plastic bowl. In the control sample, 0.025 ml of phosphate buffer was added, and the rest - solutions of immunostimulants in a preselected most effective concentration. Samples are incubated for 30 minutes at 37 ° C and smears are prepared from them, which are fixed with methanol and stained with carmine. In smears, the percentage of NBT-positive neutrophils is calculated and the most active immunostimulant in the NBT test is used to treat the patient. The use of the invention allows to increase the efficiency of treatment of patients with chronic bronchitis. Improving the efficiency consists in reducing the patient's stay in the hospital, increasing the duration of remission to achieve remission in a larger number of patients. The method is simple to perform and safe for the patient. with e |
