abstract | The invention relates to the physicochemical analysis of substances by the method of classical polarography. The aim of the invention is the determination of nicotinic acid and nicotinamide with joint presence. This goal is achieved by the fact that nicotinic acid and nicotinamide are determined against the background of an aqueous 0.1N solution of potassium chloride in the presence of 2-10-2.5 -10 mol of hydrochloric acid and 1.9-2.9 mol NH4 + per 1 , 39 mole soda. |
