titleOfInvention Strain of hybridous cultivating mammalian cells, mus musculus l, used for preparation of monoclonal antibodies for dna-dependent rna-polymerase of bacteriophage t7
abstract The invention relates to a hybrid technology and virology and can be used to improve the quality of the secreted eukaryotic RNA polymerase enzyme. The aim of the invention is to obtain a hybridoma strain producing monoclonal antibodies (My AT) to bacteriophage T7 RNA polymerase. The strain is obtained by hybridization of splenocytes of BALB / C mice immunized with a purified preparation of T7 bacteriophage RNA polymerase with cells of the X63 mouse myeloma. AG8.653. Cells were cultured in DMEM medium with fetal bovine serum (10%), glutamine (2 mmol), sodium pyruvate (1 mmol), 2-mercaptoethanol
