titleOfInvention Method of processing of sodium-cationite filter waste solutions
abstract The invention relates to methods for treating waste solutions of sodium-cation-exchange filters after their regeneration and can be used in water treatment plants and boilers. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the content of hardness salts in the filtrate and to create the possibility of using the precipitate formed as a mineral fertilizer, and the filtrate in the water treatment cycle. The spent sodium cation exchanger solution, containing calcium and magnesium salts, is treated, depending on the hardness content, in solution with chemical agents at an equivalent ratio of the following reagents: total hardness: sodium trisodium phosphate: ammonium chloride: sodium silicate 1: (1.0-1.05 ) :( 1.0-1.05): (0.005-0.01). A suspension of calcium ammonium phosphate and magnesium is fed to a mixer, where the crystals of the precipitate mature, and then into a settling tank to separate the precipitate from the liquid into a centrifuge. Squeezing the solution from the solution after the centrifuge is used as a mineral fertilizer. The clarified and softened solution after the settling tank and the mother liquor after the centrifuge, through an intermediate tank, are pumped by the pump for reuse. 1 tab. ยง (L
