titleOfInvention | Process for producing protein fodder additive |
abstract | The invention relates to the processing industry and can be used for the production of feed additives from animal waste and the processing of hides. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the process, shorten the time of the process and increase the yield of free amino acids. Trimming hides without prior anealing is ground, filled with water. Chemically pure hydrochloric acid and water are added in a 1: 1 ratio. Before hydrolysis of the mixture, oxygen is removed from the air by evacuating the mixture, bringing the air pressure to 2-10 mm Hg. The hydrolysis is carried out at 100-110UC for 68 hours. The excess acid is removed and the product is dried. The feed additive contains 86.55-87.32% of amino acids from the protein content of the feedstock, in the known method (without oxygen removal) 57.63-58.10%. 1 tab. fe |
