abstract This invention relates to medicine, in particular to immunology. Pellet is an increase in the accuracy of the method. The goal is achieved by irradiating blood lymphocytes for 2-5 min with light of a wavelength of 265-300 nm. Diagnosis of the disease is carried out by attenuation of the phosphorescence of the cell membrane, which allows to evaluate their defectiveness. With a decrease in phosphorescence of up to 30% or more of the norm, the disease is diagnosed.
