titleOfInvention Method of diagnosis endometrium cancer
abstract The invention relates to oncogynecology. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the method. To do this, the fixed prints of the endometrium, obtained by diagnostic curettage of the uterus, are stained with a 50% aqueous solution of silver nitrate with a solution of a colloidal developer, followed by an additional 1% Giemsa solution, and the total number of shoots is determined in the core and - content of argentophilic granules. When the content of the ear is 30-50%, and in the ear - 12 or more argentophilic granules, the endometrium is diagnosed on the ear. This makes it possible to increase the accuracy of the method.
