titleOfInvention Method for controlling suction of atmospheric air
abstract The invention relates to turbine building, can be used to monitor the operation of labyrinth seals, and allows to improve and expand the control of air suction in the flow part of low pressure cylinders (low pressure cylinders), low pressure cylinders 1 contains 3 end seal housings and an exhaust pipe 9, in which and in the axial gap 10 between the disc 11 of the last stage and the housing 3, thermocouples 12 and 13 are installed to measure the temperatures of the exhaust steam and the gas mixture, respectively. On the pipeline 4 supply upGLJ.-V; A: itir tLj J-lot pair of thermocouples 19 is installed. Thermocouples 12, 13, and 19 are connected via junction boxes 14 and 15 to the information processing machine 16, which has blocks 17 and 18 of comparison and signaling. After removal of the low pressure cylinder 1 (turbine) from repair, provided that there is no air suction over thermocouples 12 and 13, the temperatures of the exhaust steam and gas mixture are determined, depending on the temperature of the sealing steam measured by thermocouple 19, in the entire range of its possible operating values. The difference in temperature between the gas mixture in the gap 10 and the vapor in the exhaust pipe 9 determines the initial parameter of the suction at various temperatures of the sealing vapor. During operation, the current value of the suction parameter is determined and compared in block 17 with the initial suction parameter. In block 18 of the alarm, a signal is generated about the mode of operation of the housing 3 of the end seal of the low-pressure cylinder 1. When the current value of the suction parameter decreases as compared to the initial value, the presence of the suction cup in the low pressure cylinder 1 of atmospheric air is determined. 1 il. e Oh yu $ ioo o
