abstract | The invention relates to the microbiological and food industry, in particular to methods for obtaining biomass of fodder yeast, and can be used in complex processing of molasses with reduced alcohol production. The aim of the invention is to increase the biomass production of fodder yeast while reducing alcohol production. Fermentation of molasses with the formation of alcohol is performed, before distillation, the mature alcoholic mash is divided into two parts and directed to the cultivation of biomass and the allocation of alcohol, after the separation of the alcohol the bard is cooled and a mature mash used for biomass cultivation is added to it, nitrogen and phosphorus sources are introduced and a mixed culture of yeast containing the strain Candida utilis L-35, Trichosporon cutaneum T-51 and the first used new Candida krusei VKPM U-761 strains is grown and VKPM U-762. 1 scoreboard with Ј K5 |
