titleOfInvention METHOD OF MANUFACTURING BROMODEED SERIES PHOTOGRAPHIC EMULSION
abstract The invention relates to the production of photographic materials, in particular the manufacture of silver bromide silver emulsion. The goal is to increase the sensitivity of the latter. To do this, conduct a controlled two-stream emulsification with the introduction into solution 1, containing gelatin, KBr, NHC pBr 1.5 - 3 and pH 7.4-10 (they are maintained constant until the total volume of the solution has expired) and water, solution 2, containing AgNOi water, and solution 3 containing KBr, taken in the amount of 0.6-0.95 mol / mol of silver in solution 2, potassium iodide - in the amount of 0.05-0.4 mol / mol of silver in solution 2. Then they grow shell two-jet injection of a solution of 4, containing AgNO and water, and a solution of 5, which contains KBr, potassium iodide in an amount of 0.01 -0.05 mol / mol of silver in solution 4 and water. At the end of the emulsification, nitric acid is introduced to a pH of 4-4.5 and an aqueous solution of AgNO up to pAr 4-2, followed by the introduction of KBr to pAg 8-9.5. Next, a solid phase is precipitated, washed, dispersed, and chemical sensitization is carried out using sodium benzenesulfinate, sodium thiosulfate, potassium radanide and ammonium dyrodoanaurate. In this case, the sensitivity of the emulsion (S) increases from 90 to 130. 1 c.p. f-ly, 2 tab.
