titleOfInvention Method of determining activity of endoperoxidprostaglandinesynthetase in biological material
abstract This invention relates to biochemistry and can be used to determine the activity of endoperoxyprostaglandins synthetase. The purpose of the invention is to increase the sensitivity of the method. The method consists in processing biological material in determining the activity of endoperoxide prostaglandins synthase benz (a) pyrene at a mass ratio with the enzyme protein (2.5-25.2): 100. The activity of the enzyme increases by up to 71%, which makes it possible to increase the sensitivity of the method and reduce the amount of biological material used. 3 tab.
