abstract | The invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular to methods for regulating the reproductive function in cows in the post-war period. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the method. Estrophan is administered to animals as prostaglandin F 2 = α three times, starting from the 19-21st day or twice from the 30th to 40th day after calving with a 10-14 day interval, and insemination is carried out after the last treatment with estrophan. Amol at the rate of 100–200 mg simultaneously with 100–200 mg of progesterone and after 8–12 days estrophan and FFA at the rate of 1000–1500 n. 1 hp f-ly, 1 tab. |
