titleOfInvention | Composition for applying electric insulation coating onto steel and method of producing same |
abstract | The invention relates to chemical surface treatment by reacting the surface with reaction liquids and can be used to produce heat-resistant electrical insulation coatings on steel electrical tapes. The purpose of the invention is to increase the magnetic properties and heat resistance without using a primer coating and prevent precipitation from falling out of solution. The solution contains, g / l: magnesium oxide - 80-90, aluminum hydroxide 50-60, orthophosphoric acid 770-820 (density 1.898 g / cm 3 ), boric acid 20-30, sodium carbonate 1-2, water the rest. Enhancement of the magnetic properties and heat resistance is achieved by introducing aluminum hydroxide and sodium carbonate into the solution. The solution is prepared by dissolving magnesium oxide in 2/3 and aluminum hydroxide in 1/3 of the total amount of orthophosphoric acid at 80-90 ° C, mixing, keeping for 2-3 days and introducing boric acid and sodium carbonate successively. Prevention of precipitation is achieved by the indicated mixture of components. 2 sec. f-ly, 5 tab. |
