abstract | The invention relates to the construction and can be used to obtain durable coatings based on aluminum borides on silicate products. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the porosity of the coating while maintaining the strength of adhesion with the base. The front surface of the silicate products is treated with a composition containing, by weight. %: aluminum hydroxide 9 - 15, orthophosphoric acid 2 - 4, boric acid 5 - 14 and water - the rest. After drying, low-temperature plasma is reflowed. The porosity of the coating is reduced to 3 - 5%. 1 tab. |
