titleOfInvention | Method of determining recovery of blood flow in case of myocardial infarction on histologic preparation |
abstract | The invention relates to medicine, namely cardiology. The goal is to improve the accuracy of the method. The goal is achieved by the fact that vessels with the presence of erythrocytes, polymorphonuclear leukocytes and macrophages are determined on the myocardium preparation, and fibroblasts and collagen fibers are in the stroma. In the case of non-hemolyzed erythrocytes in the vessels, intact polymorphonuclear leukocytes and macrophages, as well as in the stroma - active fibroblasts and intact collagen fibers, the blood flow is restored. The method allows for timely correction of therapy, as well as analyzing the therapy being carried out in the deceased from a heart attack. |
