titleOfInvention Method of determining antibodies to virus of tick-borne encephalitis in blood serum
abstract The invention relates to medicine, in particular to immunology, and is intended to determine antibodies in patients with tick-borne encephalitis and immune plasma donors vaccinated with tick-borne encephalitis vaccine. The aim of the invention is to increase the sensitivity and accuracy of the method. Effector cells are added to labeled sodium chromate 51 (CR) and the target cells treated with the serum in a ratio of 5/1 and when the value of the percentage of specific release of labeled chromium from the destroyed target cells is greater than 12, they conclude that there are serum antibodies to the virus tick-borne encephalitis. The method makes it possible to increase the detection sensitivity 32 times.
