titleOfInvention | Boiler plant |
abstract | The invention relates to a power system and can be used in thermal power plants, especially those operating on solid fuels. The aim of the invention is to reduce metal consumption and increase efficiency by reducing heat release to the environment and increasing ash collection efficiency. The boiler plant contains a high-temperature stage of an air preheater 2, a gas-gas heat exchanger 3, an electrostatic precipitator 4, a device 5 for cleaning from sulfur oxides, a device 9 for suppressing nitrogen oxides. After passing through the heat exchanger 3 and cleaning in the device 5, the flue gases are fed through the flue 7 to the heated path of the heat exchanger 3 and further to the device 9 to suppress nitrogen oxides. The required temperature of gases in front of the electrostatic precipitator 4 and device 9 is provided by bypassing part of the air through the duct 18. The gases are finally cooled in a low-temperature grade 10 air heater with the air-air heat exchangers 12 and the air recirculation path 13. incorporated into the internal air path. |
