titleOfInvention Method of reducing caking of ammonium sulfate
abstract The invention relates to the production of mineral fertilizers and can be used to reduce the caking of ammonium sulfate. The aim of the invention is to increase the solubility of manganese and vanadium in addition, reducing the alkalinity and caking of ammonium sulfate. The method consists in that ammonium sulphate granules are pre-coated with 0.25-0.30% slag phosphate ferrophosphorus containing 19-20% calcium and magnesium oxides, treated with sulfuric acid, taken at a 1: 2 ratio with phosphate slag, followed by dusting product 1.4-1.5% of unmodified slag, which is used in a mixture with electrothermal slag at a ratio of (1.9-2.0): 1. The method allows to increase the solubility of manganese and vanadium, reduce the alkalinity of the product and increase its friability. 4 tab.
