abstract The invention relates to heterocyclic compounds, in particular 3- (3-morpholinopropylthio) -1,2,4-triazino [5,6-b] indole hydrochloride, which restores physical endurance after poisoning with organophosphorus pesticides. The goal is to create a new, more active substance of the specified class. Synthesis of lead from 3-mercapto-1,2,4-triazino [3,6-b] indole, 1-N-morpholinopropyl-3-chloride hydrochloride in sodium hydroxide solution (room temperature, 4 h) followed by HCl treatment. Gross f-la CHNOS • HCl, yield 87%, so pl. 228C, LD635 mg / kg. A new compound can be used against organophosphate pesticide poisoning. 1 tab.
