| abstract | The invention relates to the meat industry, namely to a device for slicing bacon. The purpose of the invention is to improve the performance and reliability of the device. The device comprises a screw feeder 1 with a hopper 2, frames with plate-blades 3 for cutting bacon into bars, a planetary disk knife 5 and a pipe 7 installed between the plate-blades 3 and the disk knife 5 with a cone-shaped core 8 forming an annular outlet 9 with a width not exceeding the diameter the knife 5. The shaft 6, which imparts a planetary motion to the knife 5, is mounted coaxially with the hole 9.
