abstract The invention relates to medicine and relates to a method for producing lectins from pea seeds. The purpose of the invention is to increase the yield of the target product. The method is carried out by extraction of crushed pea seeds with 0.15 M sodium chloride solution at a ratio of 1:10, centrifugation, acidification with hydrochloric acid, treatment with ammonium sulfate, separation of the resulting precipitate followed by dialysis, purification of dialysate on ED-20 hydrophilic gel, desorption of the target product solution of glucose and drying, yield 800-1000 mg from 1 kg of raw material.
