titleOfInvention Method of diagnosis of ureter obstruction
abstract This invention relates to urology and is intended to diagnose the initial stages of urinary tract obstruction. The goal is to detect the latent form of the disease. The ureteral catheter No. 3 is inserted retrogradely into the renal pelvis. The bladder is emptied. The outer end of the catheter is connected to an MINGOGRAF-82 electromagnetometer, which detects pressure fluctuations over time as a curve. When the base pressure is less than 20 mm Hg. 20 ml of furosemide is administered intravenously to the patient and pressure fluctuations are recorded for 5-15 minutes. The difference in pressure values before and after the furosemide load is determined. With a difference of 7 mm Hg. and less state the intact patency of the ureter, and when exceeding 7 mm Hg. - Ureteral obstruction.
