abstract The invention relates to forestry and can be used to protect the roots of seedlings from dehydration. The purpose of the invention is to increase the survival rate and yield of planting material. As a polymeric film-forming substance, the composition contains urea-formaldehyde resin, as modifying additives - ammonium nitrate and chloride 3.9 - bis-dimethylaminophenazthionium, and also water in the following ratio, wt.%: Urea-formaldehyde resin (by dry residue) 0.40-2, 00n n n ammonium nitrate 0.10-0.50n n n 3.9 chloride - bisdimethylaminophenazthionium 0.05-0.15n n n water the rest. 1 tab.
