abstract This invention relates to gynecology. The purpose of the invention is to increase the frequency of menstrual recovery and reproductive function. Remote radiation therapy was carried out on the apparatus "Betatron" 32/6 brake beam with an energy of 32 MEV. Irradiation was carried out from two oncoming temporal-parietal fields alternately. A single focal dose of 0.5–0.6 Gy, and the irradiation rhythm every other day to a total total focal dose of 5.0–6.0 Gy. Radiation therapy was conducted on the background of dehydration, anti-inflammatory and vitamin therapy. The efficiency of the method is 93%.
