titleOfInvention | Method for producing 3,4-dihydronaphthalene derivatives |
abstract | The invention relates to naphthalene derivatives, in particular the preparation of compounds of the general formula CH = CH - CY = CH - C = C - CH 2 - CH 2 - CK = CR, where K = -OC (O) -CH 2 Xn n n Y = H, methoxyn n n R = H, CH 3 n n n X = H, CL, which can be used in the synthesis of active substances. The purpose of the invention is to expand the range and increase the yield of target products while reducing the duration of the process. The latter is carried out by reacting the corresponding tetralone-2 with a carboxylic acid chloride at boiling or in a dioxane or tetrahydrofuran medium in the presence of a base, lithium diisopropylamide, lithium hydride or sodium, at a temperature from [-63] ° C to room temperature. These conditions allow obtaining previously unknown compounds with a reduction in the process time from 50 to 2–34 hours and an increase in the yield of the target substances from 25 to 84%. |
