titleOfInvention | The method of obtaining With @ -C @ -alkyl sulfates |
abstract | This invention relates to organic derivatives of sulfuric acid, in particular to the preparation of C 10 -C 18 alkyl sulfates, which are surfactants. The goal is to simplify the process. Getting lead continuous sulfation of higher fatty alcohols in the film conc. sulfuric acid at a molar ratio of alcohols: sulfuric acid 1: 0.6-0.8 and 43 - 45 ° C. The resulting sulfolum enters the rotor apparatus to distill water under vacuum. After sulfomass, after cooling, it is directed to desulfation with anhydrous sulfoagent to a total molar ratio of 1: 1.1-1.2 at 40 - 45 ° C. The finished sulfomass is sent to neutralize with 10-15% aqueous solution of NAOH. Carrying out the distillation of water is carried out at a residual pressure of 15 - 45 mm Hg. with an increase in the temperature of the sulfomass along its course from 80 - 120 to 150 - 155 ° C by sectional heating of the apparatus. The degree of sulfation of alcohols reaches 91.5 - 94.1% under conditions precluding the use of sodium sulfate. 6 tab. |
