titleOfInvention Method for the diagnosis of diabetic microangiopathy
abstract The invention relates to medicine, in particular to methods for diagnosing angiopathies, and can be used in the differential diagnosis of diabetic microangiopathies. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of diagnosis. If diabetic microangiopathy is suspected, a patient takes 5 ml of blood from a vein, separate the serum, place it in a plastic bag and dialyze, placing the bag in a buffer solution (0.001 M KN 2 PO 4 - KOH at PH 6.2) . Dialysis time is 3 days (the first day - at room temperature, the second and the third - at 4 ° C). As a result, the euglobulins precipitate, which is separated by centrifugation, washed with phosphate buffer and dissolved in 0.5 ml of 0.15 M NA 2 HPO 4 . 2H 2 O-KH 2 PO 4 - NACL with PH 7.2. With a portion of the euglobulin solution, a qualitative response is made to the presence of alpha haptoglobin in their composition using monospecific antiserum against alpha 2 -haptoglobin. For this purpose, immunoelectrophoresis, immunoprecipitation reaction in Ouchterloni agar or method of double radial immunodiffusion according to Mancini are used. If alpha 2 -haptoglobin is found in euglobulins, the diagnosis is diabetic microangiopati. The method has high specificity.
