abstract | The invention relates to the pulp and paper industry and improves the mechanical strength of paper while reducing the adhesion of paper to cylinders during creping. The cationic surfactant is injected into the fibrous suspension, the paper is cast, dried and creped. As a surfactant use water-soluble double-quaternary ammonium salt [(1,3-diethylaminoyl) -2-imidozolidinone] as 0.01-0.3% by weight of absolutely dry fiber. The creping is carried out on a drying cylinder with a diameter of 5-6 m with a dry paper web of 90-96% and a creping scraper inclination of 25-30 °. The creping scraper pressure during normal operation is 1-2.5 kgf / cm 2 . With the increased sticking of the paper web, the pressure of the creping scraper is increased to a value of 3-5 kgf / cm 2 . 1 tab. |
