titleOfInvention Method for determining adrenaline in biological material
abstract This invention relates to physicochemical methods of analysis and can be used in pharmacology. The goal is to accelerate the method while improving its accuracy. Borate buffer PH 7,6 is placed in the electrode vessel, monoamine oxidase enzyme preparation and adrenaline solution are added, potassium chloride is added and incubated in the presence of a monoamine oxidase biocatalyst with a pH greater than or equal to 12 until the adrenaline is completely deamidated. Methylamine, an adrenaline conversion product, is potentiometrically determined. The duration of the method is reduced by 2 to 3 times, and the method error is reduced by 8.5%.
