abstract The invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology, and can be used in the treatment of patients with inversion of the lower eyelid of various etiologies. The purpose of the invention is the prevention of postoperative complications and recurrence of the disease. The method consists in dissecting the eyelid through the intermarginal space and forming in the lateral, middle and medial third of the tonsils to a depth twice the height of the cartilage plate, introducing into them the appropriate size of the plate from the preserved cartilage and suturing the intermarginal space.
