titleOfInvention Method of obtaining dichloranhydrides of alkenylphosphoric acids
abstract The invention relates to the chemistry of organophosphorus compounds, in particular the production of alkenyl phosphonic acid dichlorides of the general formula: RR 1 C = CR 2 -P (O) CL 2 , where a) R = C 6 H 5 n n n R 1 = R 2 = Hn n n b) R = C 6 H 5 n n n R 1 = CH 3 n n n R 2 = Hn n n c) R = C 2 H 5 On n n R 1 = R 2 = Hn n n g) R = H, R 1 and R 2 = O-CH 2 -CH 3 - semi-organophosphorus synthesis products in the production of pesticides and drugs. The goal is to simplify the process and increase the purity of the target products. Synthesis is carried out by reacting phosphorus pentachloride adducts with alkenes or ethers with sodium dithionite in an inert organic solvent at room temperature (due to the exothermicity of the reactions, the temperature rises by 5-10 ° C). The amount of sodium dithionite is 2 mol per 1 mol adduct. Yield,%, bp, ° C / mmHg, mp: ° Cn n n D 4 n n n N D n n n gross-legal: a) 96,129-132 (2,5), 71, -, -, C 8 H 7 CL 2 OPn n n b) 68,138-140 (3), -, 1.2739, 1.5924, C 9 H 9 CL 2 OPn n n c) 80, 86-88 (2.5), -, 1.3301, 1.4954, C 4 H 7 CL 2 O 2 Pn n n d) 70, 95-97 (3), 51, -, -, C 4 H 5 CL 2 O 2 P. Compared with the known conditions, these conditions simplify the selection of target products and provide the best purity of the target products.
