titleOfInvention | Method of treating hard forms of abdominal typhoid peritonitis |
abstract | The invention relates to surgery and can be used in the treatment of severe forms of typhoid peritonitis. The purpose of the invention is to prevent generalization of the process. During laparotomy, the identified intestinal ulcers are sutured with a double root suture, through the additional incision in the left iliac region the small intestine loops are removed and a double-barreled enterostomy is formed at a distance of 120-140 cm from the ileocecal angle. A microirrigator for the local irrigation of the affected areas with antibiotics is conducted in the disconnected ileum site. The proximal sections of the intestine and stomach are intubated for the purpose of decompression. The method reduces the percentage of mortality. 1 il. |
