titleOfInvention Feed additive for farm animals and poultry and method of producing same
abstract FIELD: feed production. The aim of the invention is to increase the increase in live weight of farm animals and poultry and increase the poultry meat production rate. The feed additive for poultry includes blood or its uniform elements, hydrolyzed keratin-containing raw material, melted fat, and additionally contains broth from cooking bone and / or m co-products and the contents of the pre-stomachs of large or small cattle or pigs stomach in the following ratio of components, wt.%: blood or its elements 6,0-18,0n n n hydrolyzed keratin-containing raw material 12.0-30.0n n n animal fat 3.0-10.0n n n broth from cooking bone and / or m soproduktov 6,0-25,0n n n the contents of the anvil of large or small ruminants 17.0-73.0 or the contents of the stomachs of pigs. The method of production of the feed additive includes heating at 80-95 ° C for 15-20 minutes a mixture of blood or its uniform elements and hydrolyzing keratin-containing raw materials with stirring in the presence of broth from cooking bone and / or m coproducts and introducing pre-melted fat into the mixture simultaneously with the contents of the foreglobe of slaughter animals. The mixture with vigorous stirring is heated to 118-122 ° C for 40-50 min, then the resulting product is dried and cooled. The proposed method allows waste-free processing of all types of low-value food and non-food raw materials obtained from the slaughter of livestock and poultry, and provides a feed additive, characterized by the presence of high-digestible protein, fat, mineral salts and carbohydrates. The use of a protein-fatty vitamin supplement in poultry rations has shown that its introduction in the amount of 1-2 g per day in the ration per 1 bird’s head increases the average yield by 10–12%, dairy cows in the amount of 250–300 g per head contributes an increase in milk yield in dairy cows by 15%, feeding the additive to pigs contributes to a significant increase in live weight. No negative effects were observed. 2 sec. f-ly.
