The invention relates to the microbiological industry, in particular to the production of feed, and can be used in poultry, animal husbandry and veterinary medicine. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the feed by increasing the nutritional value and giving it therapeutic and prophylactic properties. The method consists in co-cultivating the whey yeast strains CANDIDA PELLICULOSA N-507 and the lactic acid bacteria LACTOBACTERIUM MAZUNI N-2 Karine, which contribute 8-10% and 1-2%, respectively, of the total amount of fermented whey and incubated in the whey 48-50 hours at 30-32 ° C. The protein content in the final product is 1.25-1.95% (initial concentration 0.6-0.8%). The food has high antimicrobial properties and can be recommended for the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases in poultry. 4 tab. |
