titleOfInvention Strain of mus musculus hybrid cultivated animal cells as chorion producer of monoclonal antibodies specific to beta-chronic gonadotropin of man and beta-luteal hormmone of man swine and cow
abstract This invention relates to biotechnology and can be used to determine human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), human luteinizing hormone (hcp), pigs (hrs) and cows (hhc). The aim of the invention is to obtain a hybrid strain of cultured animal cells MUS MUSCULUS producing monoclonal antibodies (monAT), specific for β-hCG, β-lhc, β-lhs and β-lhg. The strain is obtained by hybridization of mouse silenocytes of the BALB / s line immunized with the hCG preparation with X63.Ad8.653 mouse myeloma cells. The strain deposited under the number VSKK (P) N236D. CELLS ARE GROWN IN MEDIUM RPM 1-1640 with 10% donor bovine serum at 37 ° C in an atmosphere of 5% CO 2 . The cells are passaged once every 3 - 4 days, the multiplicity of sowing is 1: 2. The secretion of monAt in culture medium is @ 10 µg / ml and in ascites fluid @ 7 mg / ml. MonAT belong to the 1GG class and specifically interact with β-hCG, β-lhc, β-lhs, β-lht. MonAT can be used for diagnostic purposes.
