titleOfInvention | Method of producing protein hydrolyzate from keratin-containing raw material |
abstract | The invention relates to fodder production. The purpose of the invention is to improve the biological value of the protein hydrolyzate from keratin-containing raw materials and reduce its cost. The method of obtaining protein hydrolyzate from keratin-containing raw materials involves sorting, washing, heat treatment, enzymatic hydrolysis and subsequent cooling, and the hydrolysis is carried out in pure culture of Streptomyces Fulvoviridis VKN-161 actinomycete. Keratin-containing raw material is injected in the process of hydrolysis in portions in the amount of 2.0 - 2.5% every 36 - 48 h until the content of the raw material is 10 - 12% in the total volume of the mixture. Heat treatment is carried out for 1.0-1.5 hours at a pressure of 0.12-0.15 MPa and the mixture is cooled to 28-30 ° C. Pre-actinomycete cultured on sterile nutrient medium with the introduction of 2.0 - 2.5% keratin-containing raw materials. Protein hydrolyzate, obtained from keratin-containing raw materials, contains total nitrogen of at least 12.0%, protein of at least 75%, ash 9–10%, has a higher biological value due to the maximum preservation of the amino acid composition of the hydrolyzate, as well as the exclusion of the formation of large the amount of salt, which inhibits the growth of animals, has a better digestibility (up to 75%). The cost of the finished product is reduced by simplifying its production technology — operations to neutralize the mixture and purification using activated carbon are excluded. 1 hp f-ly, 1 tab. |
