titleOfInvention | Method of diagnosis of hemolytic disease of newborns |
abstract | This invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular pediatrics. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the method. For this purpose, the activity of lymphocyte and neutrophil enzymes is determined by cytochemical methods on the first day from the moment of birth of the child. And with a decrease in the level of activity, succinate-, alpha-, glycerophosphate- and beta-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenases and acidic phosphatase relative to the norm are diagnosed with hemolytic disease of the newborn. The method makes it possible to diagnose the disease with a high degree of confidence (100%). |
