abstract The invention relates to heterocyclic compounds, in particular 3- [2-dimethylaminoethylthio] -8-methoxy-1,2,4-triazino [5,6-b] indole dihydrochloride, which increases resistance to hyperthermia. The goal is to create a more active substance of the specified class. Synthesis of lead from 3-mercapto-1,2,4-triazino [5,6-b] indole and 2-dimethylaminoethyl chloride hydrochloride at room temperature, followed by treatment with HCl. Gross l-CHNOS • 2HCl, yield 42.5%, so pl. 202С, LD = 580 mg / kg. With hyperthermia, a new substance with a dose of 10 mg / kg ensures the survival rate in a heat chamber (40C) of 75% of animals against 30% with a known bemithil. 1 tab.
