titleOfInvention Device for checking contacting of electronic unit leads
abstract The invention relates to instrumentation technology and can be used in functional control systems of electronic components for pre-test control of the contacting of their outputs. The purpose of the invention is to improve the monitoring performance by simultaneously detecting failed contacts. The device contains a series of contact heads 1.1-1.N with a pair of contacts 2.1-2.N and 3.1-3.N on each contact pad 4 of the object 5 control, switch 6, logic unit 7 and elements 8.1-8.N of the display. Switch 6 contains keys 9.1-9.N with two groups of contacts each. Logic block 7 contains the source of the test signal (IMS) 10, the threshold element 11, the trigger circuit 12 and the sensor 13 of the presence of the object 5 control. Using switch 6, all monitored contacts 2.1-2.N and 3.1-3.N are combined in a series circuit to which test current is supplied from IMS 10. When contact 2.1-2.N or 3.1-3.N fails, test current flows through the shunting elements 8.1-8.N of the indication, indicating the failing contacts. With healthy contacts 2.1-2.N and 3.1-3.N, the trigger circuit 12 switches the switch 6, allowing further operation. When removing the object 5 of the control sensor 13 brings the device to its original position. 1 il.
