titleOfInvention Method of producing mononitrobenzocrown esters
abstract The invention relates to microcyclic heterocyclic compounds, in particular the preparation of mononitrobenzocrown ethers, which find use as complexones and ionophores. The goal is to simplify the process and increase the yield of nitrobenzocrown ethers. The synthesis is carried out by the reaction of benzo-18-crown-6 or benzo-15-crown-5 with nitric acid at a molar ratio = 1: 1.5 in the presence of acetonitrile, which is taken in an amount of 40-50% by weight of crown ether, with 60-80 ° C. These conditions allow to obtain pure target substances with a better yield (up to 99%) than in the known method, while reducing the duration of the process from 12 hours to 5-10 minutes and improving safety. In addition, the technology for isolating target substances is simplified. 3 tab.
