abstract The invention relates to pharmacy and can be applied for the qualitative and quantitative determination of impurities of salicylic acid in biochemical, toxicological and biopharmaceutical studies. The goal is to reduce the detection limits. The sample to be analyzed is dissolved in ethyl alcohol, treated with a 1.5-5% alcohol solution of aluminum chloride. The fluorescence intensity obtained at an excitation wavelength of 355 nm and at an emission wavelength of 405 nm is measured. 2 tab.
