titleOfInvention Method of quantitative determination of nitrites
abstract The invention relates to analytical chemistry, in particular to methods for the quantitative determination of nitrites in aqueous solutions, and can be used in the analysis of food products. The aim of the invention is to increase the sensitivity and accuracy of the determination. This goal is achieved by potentiometric titration of the analyzed solution with an aqueous solution of a mixture of aniline or its derivatives N-chloroaniline or N-bromoaniline and sodium tetraphenyl borate in molar ratios (8-2): 1 at PH 0-2 using an indicator platinum electrode. 2 tab.
