abstract | The invention relates to methods for producing crack-resistant coatings and can be used to protect concrete and reinforced concrete structures. The purpose of the invention is to increase the crack resistance due to the peeling of the coating layer from the primer in the place where the cracks open. The essence of the method consists in applying a primer layer to the concrete surface with the ratio of components, parts by weight: epoxy enamel 100n n n coal tar 30 - 35n n n 3.5 hardener, and a coating layer, in which either chlorosulfonated polyethylene with a hardener or divinylstyrene elastoplast with a solvent, or a composition containing, in parts by weight, polyvinyl chloride 100n n n styrene indene resin 20n n n epoxy resin 2n n n dioctifalat 50n n n toluene or xylene 894n n n acetone 513n n n cyclohexanone 513n n n butyl alcohol 513. Crack resistance in the place of crack opening reaches 12 mm. 2 tab. |
