abstract | The invention relates to medicine, in particular to methods for determining medium molecules in the blood. The aim of the invention is to simplify the method, reducing its trauma. The method consists in using capillary blood of not less than 60 µl for the study, which is centrifuged, the supernatant is diluted with water in a ratio of not less than 1:15 and treated with TCA, the supernatant is re-centrified, spectrophotometerized and the optical density is determined by optical density molecules. |
