abstract The invention relates to analytical chemistry and can be used in the chemical, petrochemical and other industries to determine the content of alkylphenyl and alkylphenol compounds when they are present together in the products of phenol alkylation and the processing of higher alkylphenols in the production of surfactants. The purpose of the invention is to increase accuracy and reduce its performance. The method is carried out on liquid and gas-liquid chromatographs. Mixtures of higher alkyl derivatives of phenols are introduced into a microcolumn of a liquid chromatograph filled with silica gel and eluted with a solvent of a constant composition at a volume ratio of 99: 1 on mono-o-alkylphenols, a mixture of 2,6-di-alkylphenols and alkylphenyl ethers. In parallel, the initial mixture was introduced into a gas-liquid chromatograph column, filled with a carrier with a stationary liquid phase, and separated into alkylphenyl ethers and mono-o-alkylphenols. The results of the analysis of liquid and gas-liquid chromatography are subjected to joint digital processing. 1 tab.
