abstract The invention relates to surgery. The goal is to reduce irreversible changes in the tissues of the limbs during acute obstruction of the main arteries of the extremities. To do this, prior to surgery, reopolyglukine, trental, complamine, heparin, and vitamin E are administered. During the operation, the administration of these agents is continued and additional pride is administered. After surgery, the introduction of these funds with gordox and droperidol. The method allows to prevent or stop severe hemodynamic and microcirculation disorders, reduce the development of retrombosis and the need for limb amputations. 1 tab.
