The goal is to increase the demulsifying ability of the target product and to give it plasticizing properties to concrete mixtures. The process is carried out by sulfonating sulfuric acid or oleum return gas oil from the sulfonation stage of a light gas oil fraction 190-400 ° C or its mixture with a light gas oil fraction 190-400 ° C the molar ratio of the feedstock and the sulfating agent (in terms of SO 3 ) is 1 - 1.3 and 25 - 125 ° C. Then, the resulting sulfated mass is condensed with an aqueous formaldehyde solution at 95-100 ° C, followed by neutralization of the obtained condensate with sodium hydroxide. The new demulsifier allows to increase the amount of sedimented water at 60 ° C and the consumption of the demulsifier 100 g / t of Naftalan oil emulsion in 4 hours from 90% (for a known demulsifier) to 99.0 - 99.6%. In addition, the obtained oil oligomeric sulfonate is characterized by a high plasticizing effect (sediment of the concrete cone 22-25 cm) and the resulting concrete has a strength after 28 days of 31-34.5 MPa. 2 tab.
