titleOfInvention Method of determining allergic reactions to medicine
abstract The invention relates to medicine and can be used to diagnose adverse immunological and non-immunological reactions to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and non-narcotic analgesics. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of determining allergic reactions to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and non-narcotic analgesics due to the differential determination of atonic and pseudo-allergic reactions. The goal is achieved by the fact that in patients in plasma enriched with platelets, the content of cAMP is determined without the effect of an aggregation inducer, 60–80 s after exposure to ADP and 60–80 s after exposure to ADP on a plasma pre-incubated for 15–20 min. enriched with platelets, with individual nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or non-narcotic analgesics, and with a decrease in the amount of cAMP by more than 10% after the effect of an inducer on a platelet-rich plasma pre-incubated with drugs compared to a control sample is diagnosed with IGE-dependent reactions to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSPP), and with an increase in cAMP by more than 10% in platelet-rich plasma, in samples without incubation with NSPP and incubated with NSPP, pseudoallergic reactions are diagnosed.
