abstract | This invention relates to medical microbiology and can be used to isolate mycoplasmas and accumulate biomass. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the composition of the medium while maintaining its growth properties. As a nutritional basis, the prewar of human blood clots (tryptic prewar), as a growth stimulator, human serum of the 0 (I) group depleted by mechanisms is 10–20 wt.%. The composition of the medium includes, wt.%: 50% yeast extract 8-15n n n glucose 0,5-1n n n sodium chloride 0.5-1. All components are mixed and the volume of the medium is made up to 10 ml by overcooking of blood clots. PH environment 7.4-7.8. Mycoplasma growth - on the 3-4th day. |
