titleOfInvention METHOD OF OBTAINING YEAST BIOMASS
abstract The invention relates to the microbiological industry and can be used to obtain feed biomass, as well as in the medical, food and other industries. The aim of the invention is to increase the biomass yield, improve the quality of the finished product, as well as reduce the cost of the process. The method consists in that the yeast is grown under aeration conditions in an aqueous nutrient medium containing purified liquid paraffins and mineral sources of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, trace elements as a carbon source, and sodium sulphate (0 , 0005 - 0.001%) and the suspension of mycelium of higher fungi Polyporus, Coprinus, etc., obtained by deep cultivation, which under aeration conditions is mixed with a solution of trace elements (ferrous acid salts of iron, zinc, manganese) at pH 2.0-4.0 give to the fermentation of yeast in an amount of 0.005 - 0.000005% of the duct. 3 tab.
